Cozy spacious 1-Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Apartment with Living Room, kitchen, and washer/dryer in the upscale, progressive neighborhood of Alameda Heights. Centrally located, it is only a 5 minute walk to Alberta Street, which is full of restaurants, coffee shops, pubs/bars, and charming quirky shops; a 7 minute walk to beautiful Wilshire Park; and a 10 minute walk to New Seasons grocery store. Downtown Portland is only a 10 min drive, and there is a bus stop 1 block away.
This is a spacious, finished basement apartment with one bedroom, full bath, living room, kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The bedroom includes a queen size bed, a vanity, and egress window, and a clothes closet. The living room is cozy with a sofa that opens into a small bed, arm chairs, a desk, a full set of dumbbell weights, a yoga mat, and stretch bands, and a chrome cast projector with a large movie screen. Both the bedroom and living room have wall to wall carpeting. The bathroom is large with a shower/tub, toilet, sink and large mirror. The kitchen has a refrigerator, dining table, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and a two burner electric hot plate. There is a large sink and faucet, a long counter top with drawers and cabinets underneath, dishware, cooking pots and pans and other utensils, and a washer and dryer.
This basement apartment has its own entrance next to the garage in the back of the house. Guests will also have access to a large, covered, west facing front porch with patio furniture and a two person swing that looks down to a beautiful front yard garden. Guests also have access to the backyard garden that includes a deck with with a gas barbecue and a fire pit table that's a wonderful place to eat and enjoy the evening.

I rented this cute space for my sister and her husband while they were here for graduation. It was perfect for them! Great location, close to our house lots of space, all of the needs plus some were met, and for a really affordable price! Chris was also great to deal with. Thank you!!

Very nice hosts. We love this neighborhood. We rented a condo on 33rd and Fremont a couple of years ago when we needed to move to Portland after the 2017 Fire in Santa Rosa, California where we live. We fell in love with the area, especially
