Brilliant location on the sea front and shops/pubs within arms reach. Clean, tidy and modern. Facilities in room were great. Staff were brilliant. Food lovely.

Great location with view to ocean. Nice bath and shower. Comfy bed.

We loved the breakfast, nice sausage and lovely thick bacon, with the lovely lady who served the breakfast, thank you.

The breakfast was good. The coffee was good at breakfast.
I didn't expect to have to walk up five flights of stairs to get to the room. The stairs were dirty. There were rafter supports in the bedroom so I needed to leave the light on during the night so I didnt walk into them if I had to get up. It wasnt what I expected and I paid for a room with a view and there was no view due to the dormer windows at the top of the house. It wasnt inepensive accommodation but I didn't think it offered value for money. The coffee machine in the room didn't work.
