Loved the location! It was walking distance from the Menaggio town. The view was SPECTACULAR. They had a renovated kitchen, a dishwasher, 3 bathrooms, 1 blow dryer, they had an outdoor fire pit, and a whole outdoor kitchen to use for bbq which we did not have time to use but it was an amazing space. The beds were extremely comfortable, even the one the kids used that was a pull out couch in the family room was super comfortable. The rooms were great with closet spaces to use too. I loved it!
The only thing I didn't expect was like 3 flights of stairs to get there, no elevator. But we can use the exercise lol but just know this before you bring large heavy luggages.

Amazing location, easy walking distance to ferry, bus and restaurants. Facilities were excellent, especially the gas fire pit on the balcony. Great fun sitting there after a long day sightseeing with friends looking across the lake to Varenna.

This place is a gem in Menaggio. It exceeded expectations in absolutely every way. The view, location, impecable taste, and the quality of all the appliances make this an ideal place to stay for a visit to Menaggio. The check-in process was extremely easy; Silvia contacted us in advance and waited for us at the entrance. 10/10. I hope to return soon.
