Le site du monastère, l'ingénieux agencement des lieux, la bonne idée de la restauration au moyen de plats en conserve de très bonne qualité, le petit déjeuner particulièrement généreux

Séjourner dans l'ancien monastère de Consolation et avoir accès directement à 80 km de sentiers pédestres procure une immense joie. Les chambres sont vastes et calmes et tout y est à disposition. Les personnels sont souriants, accueillants et prêts à renseigner. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, pantagruélique et met en avant des produits locaux. Les bocaux proposés pour le diner étaient excellents.
La salle d'eau est vraiment de taille très réduite... ça fait sourire !
