We absolutely love this location and the peaceful neighborhood. This is our 2nd time staying here, and we're in love. This will be our place to stay when we come to Colombia for training, we felt very safe, this is a hidden gem! We've renamed it "The Alley"! If you're in Columbia and need a home away from home then look no farther because this is the place to be!
There was not a mop in sight, the kitchen floor was a little sticky, we searched for a mop but there wasn't one, not a swifter, nothing. So that needs to be considered. Also, the lighting could be a lot better as well as the water temperature could be a little hotter, and the water pressure needs to be looked at. I do understand about the noise compliance, but it should be extended at least to 12 midnight. When you have a group of ladies that tend to be loud due to having a good time after training, laughing, talking, eating and drinking, just having a great time, verses them trying to whisper! Another Con is if you're staying downstairs, the upstairs occupants tend to walk really hard, and you being downstairs can hear there every step. But we were having a great time, so it didn't really bother us! Overall, it's a gem, don't sleep on this place!

Location was great to USC.
The stairs coming into the home need to be replaced. The tile in 1 of the bathrooms were loose or missing.
We also had to go get an air freshener since the house seemed it had not been rented in a while. There also were many dead little bugs in the home which should have not been in the home and again it may have been that way since it was not rented recently.
