Very friendly and available hosts, who made us immediately feel welcome. They were extremely polite and helpful. The facilities, specifically the possibility to use the kitchen and BBQ. Comfortable beds. The location - about 15 min walking to the beach and 25 min walking to the center.
The issue I had was not with the hosts themselves, but with the agency managing the rental. When I booked the property, I mistakenly selected the wrong dates. I realized this during the free cancellation period and immediately requested a date change. The agency refused to adjust the booking and insisted that I cancel completely and rebook — at a higher rate since summer prices had already gone up. Only after Booking.com interfered, I was able to keep a part of my reservation (one week).
