This stay was mostly memorable because of the staff that worked on the reception.
Due to some mistake that happened while using this app - I made a reservation for certain dates and when I got there in the system the reservation was shown the day after the one i was supposed to stay, so instead of leaving me without a room to sleep even though the the hotel was shown as a fully booked the receptionist after some time managed to find me a room and charged me the same fee as it was initially supposed to be and not more.
There was room for improvement in the room but since they told me that the room is not in the greatest shape before me going there It wouldn’t be right to say something was bad.

The hotel's backyard is right on the lake.
Staff on reception very poor service. We didn't feel very welcome.
Lifts not working !!!
Hotel needs lots of maintenance holes & mould in rooms and electrical sockets hanging out. Dangerous hazards for children to stay.
Customer service from the boys working at the bar very poor. It took fir everbto be served. They talk to each other and use their mobils and dont care much about the people paying to stay at the hotel. Very rude.
Food from restaurant was not the best. Need of improvement.
Breakfast also could be much much better..
Its sad that the Hotel standard has gone down hill🙄
