I stayed there with a friend for 1 night. The host was exceptional, very well mannered and professional.

There wasn't really anything to note. Granted we haven't fully used the apartment and all its amenities. We only made coffee and slept, but the internet was great, kitchen fully equipped and overall the whole place very well put together. It feels like a real home!
