Clean,
comfortable, 1.5 bath, 2 bedroom apartment, air conditioning, tv had a news channel in English, washing machine, good shower, balcony with sea view, Really comfortable beds. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Nice linen, Lots of closet space.
Suggest best if you have a vehicle. Taxi fare is 2 Tl per km. Only take cash. 3 km from the bus station, 1.3 km to the bank machine.

Very clean, well maintained, exceptional view, and the access to water is within a block, and the the best beach (Accessible to public with 15 dollar fee that covers towels, shades, sun beds, and servers for food and drinks) within 5 min drive. Staying at this place and going to the beach at that hotel was the best of two worlds.
