Man hat eine wirklich wunderschöne Aussicht auf den See: von der Terrasse oder auch von den Balkonen oder durch Fenster! Das Haus steht für sich (mag ich lieber als mitten im Dorf Haus an Haus). Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Sie sprechen ausserdem auch Englisch (sie) und Deutsch (er). Wir haben es genossen, auf der Terrasse zu essen oder abends noch einen Tee zu trinken mit dem Blick auf den See. Wir fanden, es ist gut eingerichtet, hatten alles, was wir brauchen. Es ist ein liebevoller Ort, rundum: die Gastgeber, die Wohnung, der Garten.
Nichts, für uns war alles gut. Für andere: Die Strasse geht unten durch und man hört sie, das wussten wir aber und es hat uns nicht gestört. Es geht (wie in der Ausschreibung erwähnt) relativ viele Treppenstufen hoch. Auch das war für uns kein Minus! Ich habe den Aufstieg vom Parkplatz zum Haus irgendwie sogar genossen. Es ist alles sehr schön und liebevoll bepflanzt und es war für mich jedes Mal, wie in eine liebevolle Welt eintauchen.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, wir hatten eine super Unterkunft. Toller Blick auf den See und komfortable Zimmer. Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen freundlich, wir haben sogar einen Kuchen zu Ostern bekommen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Die 64 Stufen zur Wohnung sind machbar ! Leider ist es ziemlich laut durch die Strasse am See.
Aber der Blick auf den See macht alles wett !

The view from the balcony was spectacular, just like the photos on the site. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful. It is between two small towns - Cannero Riviera and Cannobio. Both are very much worth visiting and have ports where you can take a boat to other towns on the lake.
Great place to stay for a trip to Lake Maggiore, and to enjoy a glass or two on the balcony after a busy day!
As mentioned by others, there is a very busy road outside below the house and there are over 60 steps to get up to the apartment so good mobility is needed. It is about 1.5 km from the nearest town with poor public transport so it is advisable to have a car to be flexible. As long as you're aware of these things they're not a problem! They're outweighed by the great things about the property!
