In a nice neighborhood

Abit old and the front steps were very uneven. Bottom step almost 2” taller than the next. My wife had difficulty while carrying groceries. Fractured toe.

Location was nice. Close to everything

When we pulled up at 10 pm there was some parked in the spot in the driveway yelling to the top floor. He proceeded to tell us he was waiting on “ his stuff” to come down. And declined to move his car. We went in and got settled and he continued to yell at the unit above us in the same house for 1 hour “ yo!! I need my stuff” for the next hour. We had to go out and move our car to the correct spot one hour later . All night long there were footstep above us continuously as hst kept my kids up all night. The flora were not cleaned. There were chips and nuts on the living room floor. The carpets and floors appeared to not have been vacuumed for quite some time. The desk chair was broken. The entire house appeared to be cheaply thrown together. Marijuana could be smelled in the unit on night two Saturday upon our return.
