Το σπιτι ηταν πεντακαθαρο,ακριβως οπως στις φωτογραφιες!! Η γυναικα απιστευτα εξηπηρετικη! Μα πανω απο ολα ανθρωπος συνηστω ανεπιφυλακτα να μεινετε εκει χωρις φοβο η δισταγμο.
Δεν υπηρξε κατι που να μην μου αρεσει.

The host was very friendly and welcoming at check in and even thought of leaving champagne for our New Year’s Eve celebrations, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. The apartment was in a great location and exactly as described.
Unfortunately, within a few hours of our arrival, the hot water system broke, causing flooding in the bathroom, hallway, and entry to rooms. The host responded quickly once notified and sent her husband and plumber to address the issue. As the system needed replacement, there was no hot water during our two night stay. The husband kindly offered us the use of their home shower, which we did not take up, though it was generous of him to offer.
Given it was winter this was inconvenient, but did not ruin the stay. However, the appropriate gesture under the circumstances would have been an offer of a partial refund due to the lack of hot water, although we would not have accepted it.
Overall, despite this unexpected issue, we found the host to be attentive and hospitable, and the apartment well located. We would be happy to return in the future.

Καλή τοποθεσία, ήσυχη γειτονιά. ωραία βεράντα, είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα και κάποια παραπάνω από τα συνηθισμένα, βραστήρα, καφετιέρα μέχρι και καφέ ( φίλτρου, νες και ελληνικό !!) , τσάι, ζάχαρη. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και τα λευκά είδη σε καλή κατάσταση. Όλα τα δωμάτια έχουν αιρκοντίσιον. Η οικοδέσποινα μας υποδέχτηκε με τα κλειδιά και ήταν ευγενική. Το πάρκινγκ στην πυλωτή πολύ βολικό καθότι γενικά το πάρκινγκ στην πόλη είναι δύσκολο και ειδικά στο κέντρο. Η κεντρική πλατεία απέχει 15 λεπτά σε ήρεμο ρυθμό με τα πόδια και η Παλιά Πόλη 25 λεπτά.
Το διαμέρισμα φαίνεται ότι είναι κάπως παλιό, το μπάνιο χρήζει ανακαίνισης καθότι η μπανιέρα είναι φθαρμένη, ο νεροχύτης έχει ράγισμα ( δεν επηρεάζει την λειτουργικότητα) , ο εξαερισμός κάνει πολύ φασαρία η πόρτα είναι φουσκωμένη στην κάτω πλευρά και γενικά η εικόνα του χώρου δεν είναι καλή. Τα μονά κρεβάτια έχουν αρκετά σκληρά στρώματα. Η ηχομόνωση του κτιρίου είναι κακή αλλά γενικά δεν έχει φασαρία. Βασικά αν εξαιρέσεις την εικόνα του μπάνιου το υπόλοιπο διαμέρισμα είναι εντάξει

There's still a lot to be desired.But you have to re-set the shower in the bathroom, the shower is low, you still go in and take a bath, which was impossible unless someone else watered you.The mattresses are of the lowest quality and not comfortable. The pluses - it's big, it has the necessary cooking equipment, it has a large and nice terrace, it has a parking space.
