The Wi-Fi was fast. The location was excellent, it felt safe and not far from both beaches, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. They have a manned 24hr reception desk with additional security features, like facial recognition, and the staff were friendly and helpful. You are able to store luggage on arrival and/or departure which is definitely a plus.
Overall, we were happy with the apt but it could do with a general upgrade, particularly to the sofa and living room furniture. The bathroom was small but adequate. It would have been better if we could have had at least one free towel/tea towel change during the week stay.
The communication from the mmt team could be better. We reported a problem with a leaking ac unit in the living area, which we were concerned about and kept it turned off. The mmt team acknowledged but did not follow up to resolve during our stay, so we had to intermittently turned the unit on to cool the apt.

Having a small kitchen and sitting area
Check in took ages. We were unable to arrange for fresh towels to be delivered because each unit is administered by different owners.

Limpeza deixou a desejar. Na chegada, o apto estava com sujeira no chão. Travesseiro e colchão ruins.
