The town centre with its restaurants, shops, market square and castle is only a few minutes' walk away. The residential property has a separate driveway. The holiday home extends over two living levels. On the lower floor there is the living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio), a kitchen with pantry (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances) and a guest WC. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed as a walk-through room, 1 x 2 upholstered beds) and a bathroom with shower/WC. A gas stove can be provided for chilly days. There is a furnished terrace, barbecue and a covered car park. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy. Pets are not allowed in this property. To be paid on site: Tourist tax (April-October). The owner is a hunter and offers free hunting opportunities for wild boar and predatory game on a 185 ha hunting ground close to the accommodation.
