Both houses are situated in a charming and quiet location on the edge of a field in the small village of Hoffelde and each has a plot of approx. 500 square metres with magnificent old fruit trees. In the immediate vicinity (approx. 2.5 km) there are two beautiful bathing and fishing lakes, the Rödliner See and the Schleeser See, with several bathing opportunities. The surrounding towns such as the royal seat of Neustrelitz, the four-gate town of Neubrandenburg or Burg Stargard can be reached in 15 to 20 km and offer various cultural/event and shopping opportunities. The nearest shopping facilities are approx. 5 km away (a small grocery store in the neighbouring village). There are very good fishing opportunities in the immediate vicinity. There is a small private pond about 2 km away with a good stock of pike, zander and carp. Fishing licences can be purchased on site. Both properties have parking spaces, a barbecue, bicycle storage facilities, sun loungers and a furnished terrace. A cot can also be provided on request.
