The location of the property was perfect, right on the edge of the New Forest. The property was v spacious and well equipped. The aspect looking over the estate was lovely and especially as we had sunny weather, so could even eat lunch outside in March! We made use of the Zip wire which was fun.
Just that we hadnt realised that the paddle boarding was only from April - October. Otherwise every thing was great.

This Beautiful barn is Very spacious; plenty of space for 7 adults. Surrounded by nature, horses, woods, lake, birds; the view was lovely. Felt extremely remote even though only a few minutes from local amenities. Very peaceful. The welcome hamper was great…very thoughtful. We had a wonderful few days walking, eating and sleeping. Perfect.
Absolutely nothing. It’s a little creaky upstairs but that’s because it’s a barn. If I’m being picky the lounge area could have better lighting but the wood burner is great. The photos do not do it justice.

The lodge was simply amazing!! Such a beautiful location. The breakfast box was a very nice touch, the home made honey was a delight. Everyone slept well in comfortable beds after exhausting days out. We made great use of the zip wire, lake, paddle boards and relaxed watching the wild life. We attempted family football, which we were terrible at but nice to have the balls and goals to use at our leisure. To walk out the gate directly into the new forest was so special, our evening walks I will never forget. We are already planning to return next year!!
