Idéalement situé à 100 mètres du tramway reliant Nice centre et l'aéroport, la villa se situe dans une allée privée. Nous nous y sommes rendus à 12 amis d'enfance. Nous avons pu pénétrer rapidement dans le logement et avons pu profiter des 6 chambres et 5 salles de bains, les espaces étaient propres et confortables. La cuisine était bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner sur place avec plaque, four et micro-ondes. Le jardin était cosy et bien équipé pour recevoir les 12 personnes, la jacuzzi a eu un peu de mal à chauffer mais a finalement atteint les 35 degrés, permettant aux plus courageux de se baigner en ce dernier week-end de mars. Le terrain de pétanque a également été utilisé. La villa est fonctionnelle, parfaitement adaptée pour un séjour de courte ou moyenne durée à Nice.
Il y a eu quelques remontées d'odeurs dans la chambre parentale au rez-de-chaussée, mais rien de bien méchant.

Bra område, nära flygplatsen, staden och stranden. Smidigt med tåget nära och matbutiker i närheten. Trevlig trädgård och bra hus för stort sällskap.
Värden Fernando mycket hjälpsam och trevlig.
Mycket uppskattat med kaffe, vatten och bubbel när man kom fram på kvällen.
Inget, allt var toppen.

Good way for our family to spend time together in a common space yet each family member had their own room and bathroom. Our host provided us with water, juice, prosecco, snacks, coffee & tea. Lorenzo was very responsive to our email questions.
A night stand & lamp in the bedrooms would be helpful for reading. Overall, our family enjoyed the visit.
