This home is in a great location! Quiet and cozy but within perfect proximity to access the city at large. I did not take any photos but the listing is accurately photographed. My family and I have now stayed here twice now and will continue to book at this location when available. There is a lovely front yard that is shaded by a big tree. Perfect for littles to run around. We did not use the fireplace or grill this time but that area is also very nice. The house is immaculately clean upon arrival and it is so nice to stay somewhere with a full kitchen to minimize eating out and have family meals together.
The 3 rooms are nicely sized with very comfortable beds. Great natural lighting throughout the house and blackout curtains that do the job if you don't want any sun coming in.
I can not express how much we love this place! It is truly a great place to get away too.
My ONLY dislike is the parking. It is street parking if you have more than one vehicle. The one spot you have is a nice size for parallel parking if the person staying in the other unit follows the parking protocol. However, this wouldn't stop us from staying here in the future or recommending it to others. It is just worth noting if you have a larger group.

This was a blessing find of a rental house! It fit all of our needs as a family. Adam, presumably the owner/manager of the property, was very helpful and easily reachable when we had a question. The house provided a quite space for use to staycay. We did not make use of the barbecue area but the front yard is a garden oasis that keeps you cool and shaded while the sun is out. The rooms were very comfortable and we slept great while staying there. I will definitely book again in the future!
My one issue was the parking. While there is one spot afforded to the guest by the point of entry it is hard to park when somwone is staying on the other side of the property and doesn't park mindfully. It is definitely a tight fit for larger sedans and suv/vans. All other parking is street parking out front. Which doesn't seem to be a problem with how quiet the neighborhood is.
