The host Alessandro was extremely friendly and hospitable . He responded very quickly to our messages and was there to help us with whatever we needed. The room was amazing , very clean and tidy and had everything we needed and the A/C worked perfectly. There were also multiple breakfast options in the kitchen every morning and had all the kitchen utilities needed. I would 100% recommend this accommodation to everyone staying in Florence. This was our first time in Florence and this made our stay extremely enjoyable and comfortable.

The property was easily accessible to central Florence by bus or on foot, and since it’s located slightly outside the busy city center, the area felt quiet, safe, and friendly. There were also two supermarkets nearby, which was very convenient.
The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. He shared useful tips for exploring the city, recommended places to visit, and even kept me updated on local events and any strikes happening in town. If requested, he would deliver freshly baked bread every morning—such a thoughtful gesture that made my stay exceptionally comfortable.
I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Florence. Highly recommended.

The host was lovely and left a croissant every morning in the dining room. He showed us on a map where we should go and was very helpful, lovely man. The bathroom was clean and modern.
Every morning at 5-6am the housing above made so much noise with their loud footsteps. unfortunately it happened all 3 nights we stayed. It wasn’t mentioned but the place is an apartment with 2 bedrooms (assume the other one has an en-suite) we had a narrow bedroom with a separate bathroom with a roof to floor curtain to divide it to the rest of the shared space. The bedsheets need to be updated and i would suggest white sheets to make it feel and look cleaner :) also when either bathroom was in use and flushed the toilet it was very loud throughout the walls in the bedrooms
