The apartment was quiet spacious, big kitchen, lots of storage space, nice view, close to restaurants and other activities, nice of the owner to lets us have extra time for checkout that was big help
Only two electric heater was working in whole apartment and as it is winter it was freezing cold in kitchen
Fixtures need updating eg taps in bathroom and shower sliding doors kind of hanging

Good location, clean, cheap.
Smoke alarm missing. No heating in bathroom. Toilet trickling constantly. Front door left open all day. Emergency lighting directly above bed. Carpet torn. No plug for bathroom sink. Not serviced so no one to ask for help with TV, WiFi etc.
