On the ground floor, the 2 two-room apartments each include a living and dining area with a kitchen corner, a shower room with bidet and WC, air conditioning, and a satellite TV. Both ground floor units also benefit from a direct exit to the garden. On the first floor, the 10 studio apartments are each equipped with a kitchen corner, a shower room with bidet and WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. 1 of the first floor apartments features a private exit to the terrace.
