Swallow Cottage has two bedrooms; one double and one bunk, and a bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC. There’s an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, dining area and a sitting area with a TV and woodburning stove. Central heating, WiFi, fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s off-road parking for two cars, and an enclosed patio with furniture and barbecue. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop in 2.2 miles, pub in 2 miles, beach in 3.2 miles. Come and enjoy a peaceful stay at Swallow Cottage. Note: Due to free-range ducks and chickens this property cannot accept puppies. Lovely small property with cosy open fire. Easy access to a creek walk and about 20mins from anywhere on the Lizard. Be aware it is down small lanes and recommend if you are cooking you buy everything at. Helston on way.
Great play barn with table tennis etc and a play field for kids

A lovely few days at Swallow Cottage. Comfortable and well equipped. A peaceful and attractive location. Sarah is a great host.
