About this house rental
Newly built (2018) family friendly 2 storey cottage home with comfortable 2 King and 3 Queen sized beds. Exceptionally clean and maintained. Fully stocked kitchen with large island to cook and entertain. Coffee, tea, spices, oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and much more. All major appliances and many small kitchen appliances provided. Full linens, blankets, pillows, plenty of towels, soaps and shampoos provided. The outdoor living space of this cottage is fantastic! Private fenced backyard with firepit. Three (3) covered porches include many amenities: large table with seating for 8, picnic table for children to gather and play, a Natural Gas Weber BBQ and a private porch with access from the main floor bedroom. The vast size of the covered porches allow guests to enjoy the outdoors even during inclement weather! Large backyard and side yard perfect for bocce-ball. You will have full access to the entire main floor, the entire second floor, all outdoor porches, the backyard, the side yard and full access to the entire driveway which offers parking for 4 cars. Please note that the basement is a separate, single occupied suite with it's own private entrance.

We’ve rented a lot of places and this one by far is the most equipped. You really only need to bring clothes and groceries. The owners have thought of it all! Completely clean and spacious. Kitchen fully stocked, BBQ very clean. The beach is down the road within walking distance. We all can’t wait to book again!

We took a short trip with our kids plus their grandparents and had a great time! The property was in excellent condition, in a great location, and had all the amenities we needed. We're hoping to stay again next year!

Clean abd organized. Walk to beach is pleasant. Enclosed backyard and lots of seating and sleeping options. We were happy with the little extras and fully stocked kitchen and towels. Thanks Casa Blanca.
