About this apartment rental
Have a great holiday or business stay at this stylish duplex.
It has 4 bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
The residence is equipped with a seasonal, outdoor swimming pool and a playground.
The apartment is very well located, on the edge of a calm village, and is a 2 minute walk from the forest; it is very well linked, by car and public transport (bus stop in front), to Murten, Bern, Fribourg, the ski stations of Schwarzsee and La Berra...

To make your stay pleasant, both for you and for us, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules:
Treat our home like your own.
No unregistered guests are allowed overnight. The beds and rooms made available will be according to the number of guests mentioned in the reservation.
Do not waste water and electricity, and avoid damages, so that we can keep prices attractive.
Parties or events are not allowed, unless agreed to at time of reservation.
Pets are not allowed.
No illegal substances allowed.
Building quiet hours are 22h00 - 07h00 during the week, 23h00 - 09h00 on the weekend, including at the swimming pool. Please refrain from any noisy activity during this time.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the apartment. Guests may smoke on the terrace, outside.
Plastic utensils, plastic containers, wooden spatulas, cutting boards, non-stick pans, and sharp knives are not suitable for the dishwasher. Please wash them by hand.
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms or on the sofa.
Don’t rearrange the furniture.
The keys should never be replicated. Guests will be charged for the replacement of lost keys.
Please take off your shoes before entering the apartment, to avoid staining or damaging the wooden floor.
Kindly take care of the furniture and houseware, and inform us in case of any breakage or damage sufficiently in advance (so that we can take care of them for the next guests).
Cleaning fees cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations, not deep or excessive cleaning. Please keep the apartment reasonably clean and tidy during your stay and when leaving. In case it is dirty or messy, we will charge extra cleaning fees at the rate of CHF 40/hour.
Do not stow away dishes in the cupboard, unless they are perfectly clean.
Please respect the checkout time (11:00).

This place is clean, convenient to the highway and attractions in nearby Bern, and has excellent sunset views (we were there in May). Parking is easy and there is a bus stop directly across the street. We even found an outstanding Italian restaurant for dinner and a nice bakery for breakfast within walking distance.Conversely, the beds are just ok. A little soft and low for our tastes and the AC could not be adjusted. We found it warm at night.

We very much enjoyed this property. It had the needed space, everything one would need in the kitchen, sufficient bathroom facilities, and comfortable furniture.
A peaceful setting and wonderful countryside.

Too many restrictions from the host. Don’t open windows if you’re hot, don’t lower house temp if you’re hot. Don’t wear shoes in the house, don’t eat outside the kitchen, take the used sheets off the bed and bring it to laundry room before you leave. If you have too much garbage buy a sticker and pay for its removal etc.. ridiculous!!!!
