Stay in history! The Springville Depot was built in 1910 and is located at 227 West Main Street in historic Springville, NY.
The newly renovated apartment combines history with all the modern comforts for a truly unique experience. This pet friendly rental includes: Two bedrooms, full bath, kitchenette, office & sitting room.

The apartment is steps away from the Pop Warner (Rail) Trail where you can walk or ride for miles through a beautiful landscape. Explore the Village of Springville with its vintage movie theater, shops, coffee, dining and drinks! Central to many ski resorts and a short drive to WNY's ski town, Ellicotville.
Boredom busters for everyone in the family as well as toys and crayons for the kids! Outdoor gear like balls and games are available on the patio.
Your suite is located int the rear of the building with private access through the gated patio. The building is shared with a full-time renter (family) who use a separate entrance.

Val the owner thought of everything you will need. The Inn was very clean and quiet. The walking trail next to it is nice. It’s cute watching the daycare kids from next door walking up it. Val the owner lives up front. She keeps an eye on the property to make sure all her guests are safe. We also used the patio and enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the train depot….what a comfortable, clean and cozy little spot! Everything was seamless from check in to check out, and the kindness of breakfast items was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and space was charming! Thanks for everything!

Very nice place clean easy to get to plenty of parking. Great restaurants very close by. Very unique with plenty of facilities for hanging out and relaxing.
