About the Accommodation
The holiday home, a real gem in an outstanding location, is located directly on the "Sell" piste and is characterised by its comprehensive and high-quality furnishings. The chalet's kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher, while a washing machine is also available for guests' convenience. In the living room, a fireplace provides cozy hours to be enjoyed on the impressive leather sofa, complemented by entertainment options such as a satellite TV. The dining area, slightly separated from the living area, offers plenty of space for communal meals. Particularly noteworthy is the gallery above the living room, which is equipped with two beds and is ideal for children to have their own little adventure. For guests travelling by car, there are up to three parking spaces available in front of the chalet. Animal lovers will be pleased to hear that pets are welcome at this holiday home. There is also free Wi-Fi internet available for guests to stay connected during their stay and enjoy their holiday to the full.
Please note: Please note that access to the chalet is via a stone staircase without a handrail.

The centre of the Arvenbüel district with various restaurants, ski school, ice rink and cross-country ski trail is approx. 800 metres from the chalet. The nearest bus stop is 250 metres away.

The spacious, cozy and child-friendly Chalet Theresia is located in the middle of the ski area with direct access to the ski slopes and a large surrounding area. The Arvenbüel ski area lies above Amden high above Lake Walensee. In summer, it is a suitable starting point for hikes of all kinds and excursions in the region, to Glarnerland, Heidiland, Zurich and around Lake Zurich. In summer, Amden and Weesen offer a perfect combination of a southern beach atmosphere on Lake Walensee and an alpine climate between the mountain peaks of Leistchamm and Speer. There are wonderful hiking trails of all levels of difficulty, charming family hiking trails, wonderful panoramic views from the numerous vantage points or cozy bathing bays by the mountain stream or Lake Walensee.

Great property, well equipped with some additional facilities on site, such as a couple of eating options, small swimming pool and shop for basics. Comfortable house, good wardrobe space, well equipped kitchen. Generally quiet and loads to do locally from walking, climbing, cable cars and mini golf route. Great selection of films on TV and games for all ages.
