With a living space of 68 square meters, it offers a bedroom, a daylight bathroom and a spacious living area with integrated kitchen and dining area. The terrace, measuring 50 square meters, is equipped with sun loungers for relaxing and an electric barbecue for cozy barbecue evenings. The living area, from which you can enjoy the unobstructed view outside, has a sofa that can also be used as a sofa bed (140x200 cm), a comfortable armchair, a TV with DVD player and a dining table for 4 people.The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, a ceramic hob and a counter and is equipped with amenities such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, a large fridge and a freezer. A fondue set is available for cozy evenings. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a large wardrobe, while the bathroom has a bathroom sink, shower and WC. Pets are welcome in the flat and free Wi-Fi internet is also available. There is a car park in the building.

The local bus runs every half hour to Weesen to Lake Walensee or every hour up to the Amden-Arvenbüel family ski area. In winter, Amden offers many activities on and off the piste: Skiing, ski school, cross-country ski trail, ice rink, winter hiking trails and snowshoe routes are all part of the repertoire.
