Great property, just missing the lake! The water is extremely low at Lake Buchanan. Didn't expect it to be that low, but we tried to make the best of it by walking all the way down to fish and hang out with the geese! The weather was really windy, so only got to enjoy the firepit once, which was nice. I will say, there are stickers so remember to wear shoes at all times! The kiddos had to learn the hard way. The double wide is really nice on the inside. Very spacious. Very well kept. The ceiling fans in the living room and main bedroom are somehow synced, so you'll be fighting over the light and fan between rooms with the control buttons. It was funny since we thought there was a ghost for a second! The soundbar might need instructions for use in the livingroom. If you use the wrong control it messes up the sound on the TV. Luckily we figured it out! The water pressure in the kitchen sink is low. The guest bathroom shower kept turning off. Not sure what was happening there, but would eventually stay on. Remember to bring plenty of bottled water for drinking!!! Not sure what's up with the water there.We did venture out to Longhorn Cavern State Park to tour the cave, and later went to Inks Lake State Park to check out Devil's Waterhole. Great place for swimming and jumping off the rocks into the water!Overall it is a great place to stay for just chilling around and enjoying the peace and quiet.
