- 30 minutes from Kempton Racecourse and Ascot Racecourse
- Close to scenic walking trails: Grand Union Canal Walk, London LOOP, Hillingdon Trail and Colne Valley Regional Park.

- a queen size (200cm x 140cm) sofa bed will be we set up, ready for sleeping.
- a yoga mat, yoga strap, and blocks; plus a few smaller weights if you want to keep up with your exercise

- fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials; cooking books to use
- full bathroom, washing machine, cleaning products and toiletries etc. provided for you comfort
REQUEST TO OUR GUESTS
- It is a non-smoking property.
- No parties allowed. Quiet hours are between 21:00-8:00
- We kindly ask you to remove your shoes in the hallway to keep the carpet as clean as possible.
- Unfortunately, we can't accommodate pets due to building policy
- Maximum of 2 people can be accommodated. We don't have any additional bed available.
