About this house rental
If you want modern and chic, but do not want to compromise comfort, you have found the perfect home! This newly updated Adobe style home is fully sustainable and remarkable! The decor was thoughtfully designed to bring you back home to Santa Fe. Enjoy wine and coffee while watching the sunset on our custom outdoor seating area and fire pit. Entire home is child and infant friendly with covered outlets, high chair and Pack-n-Play crib. Home is one level with no stairs.
This property is also loved for its outdoor seating and spaciousness! It sits on an acre and a half and does not have neighbors close by. Your pups will love to roam the property as it is fully fenced in as well. The custom outdoor seating area is very inviting to enjoy family and sunsets. There are not one but three outdoor sitting areas to enjoy. So spread out, or get cozy together!
Please not the AC unit is in the master bedroom only. The other rooms are cooled down by ceiling fans, portable fans and the unique insulation of hay. Take a peek inside the wall with the peek-a-boo portal in the living room! You’ll have to reserve to know what I’m talking about :)

A lovely, serene property in Vista. Jill was great with communication, ensuring we were always informed and comfortable during our stay. The home felt like stepping into a beautifully modern ranch-style retreat, with plenty of seating areas and delightful outdoor spaces. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this home. We will definitely return and rent this place again if it's available for our next trip to Vista.

We stayed here during the days leading up to our wedding. It was peaceful, the air was cool despite the heat outside, and there were beautiful birds of all sorts making themselves known (one hawk and a blue jay in particular kept us company). The hosts were extremely accommodating. This is a dream home for comfort and a peaceful stay. A hidden gem.
