About this house rental
Summary:
Imagine a tranquil 45+ acres all to yourself. Imagine fishing for White Bass or Premium Rainbow Trout on the banks of the river located down a private trail from the cabin.Imagine spending your honeymoon or anniversary tucked in nature creating memories to last a life time.Imagine booking a work retreat for your employees to express gratitude & be inspired.Imagine booking an intimate elopement where you & your loved one exchange vows.Imagine possibilities.Imagine yourself @ The Evergreen.
The Space:
Our place offers a large open kitchen and living area with a beautiful fireplace and an even more amazing view. The space is intimate with luxury design in mind. There are a few additional roll away beds available on request and availability. There is 1 proper bedroom. The outdoor space is large and has plenty of space for a large group. There is an outdoor television, fire pit, and 2 charcoal grills.
There is a private trail from the The Evergreen down to the river banks. There is a pavilion with a charcoal grill, electricity, and a water spigot on the bank of the river at the end of the private trail.
Please do not trespass on surrounding land. Please stay within the pink property flag boundaries.
Guest Access:
Guest access is given prior to arrival. They will be able to easily access the property via gate.
The Neighborhood:
**20 minutes to the UofA & Baum Stadium. Great for Razorback Football Games, Baseball Games, & Basketball Games.
Located on a private 45 acres with no visible neighbors when on the property. Please do not trespass on surrounding property. The boat dock on the river bank down the right of the pavilion is not on The Evergreen property. Please don't trespass.
Getting Around:
Private ATVS and side by sides are welcome with prior approval only and at your own risk. There is a private ATV trail on site to get back and forth form the river.
There is a private trail from the The Evergreen down to the river banks. There is a pavilion with a charcoal grill, electricity, and a water spigot on the bank of the river at the end of the private trail.
Please do not trespass on surrounding land. The property boundaries are marked with pink survey tape. Please stay within the bounds of the pink tape.
Other Things to Note:
*Cabin is located within 20 minutes of Baum Stadium & the UofA. Great location for game day with plenty of seclusion to relax after a long day of rooting for the hogs.
* There are 2 additional twin memory foam roll away beds available for rent for an additional 20/bed/night. We are happy to accommodate additional beds but must know in advance to adequately prepare for your stay.
*There is a Big Green Egg style charcoal smoker on site.
*There are 2 kayaks on site for 10$/day with the signing of a waiver and a deposit that will be returned upon check out if kayaks are not lost or damaged. Kayaks are booked based on duration of the stay and must be booked ahead of time to prepare.
*There are 2 propane outdoor heaters on site.
*There is firewood on site available by request.
*Private daytime booking available for small work retreats, day event holiday packages, and intimate weddings/ elopements available upon request and availability.
*We have the right to confirm guest count upon arrival.
*There is an RV hookup at the top of the drive.
*Loss of key will be a charge of 75$
**Please inquire in advance regarding private fishing guides, stocking the fridge with basics prior to your stay, special occasions you would like assistance with, private chef ad ons, and anything else we may be able to help you with during your stay. All ad ons could be subject to additional charges and not included in the accommodation rates.
**Please let us know if you have any special requests at all as well will try our best to accommodate you for your stay. We love being a part of special events and have packages available for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, or whatever you might be celebrating!

Although we are always available, your luxury experience at The Evergreen is meant to be private, so we will not bother you unless needed.

We had a lovely weekend stay for a Razorback football game. The location is remote and beautiful but a quick 20 minute trip to Donald Reynolds stadium. It was a perfect weekend to make chili, watch football outside on the deck and wrap up the evening with a fire in the fireplace. Hope to return next year!
