Comfortable two-room apartment in quiet area in Pianoro, just outside Bologna (25 min,). Double bedroom with closet, bathroom with window and shower, hair dryer and washing machine, dining room with kitchen and possibility 3rd bed. Underfloor heating, TV, air conditioning, balcony and elevator. Possibility of free parking in the street near the house. Train and bus station at 10 minutes walk. Bank, post office, stores, pizzerias and restaurants within a few meters. Park and swimming pool, tennis courts in the neighbourhood. Golf course 35 minutes away by car. Bicycle and pedestrian path along Savena creek. From train station you can reach Bologna in 15 mins, Prato 50 mins, Florence 1 hr 30.

The host was amazing! She even drove me all the way to Bologna for my graduation when the trains were unreliable due to flood damage repair work. She went above and beyond on several occasions. The apartment is nice and a good size for one or two people. The location is great since it is in the center of a nice small town but just a short train ride from Bologna. I would not hesitate to rent this apartment again if I come back to Bologna!
