Very spacious and secluded. Good access to the river and caught some really nice trout. Great place to stay for a family get together.

This is a perfect place for fishing and large groups w kids. Lots of bathrooms and private space. We couldn’t fish out back due to high water levels but just bad weather timing. I recommend for large groups / mult families w kids. Only complaint is the water smells like sulphuric.

This was a great spot for 8 adult women to stay - lots of space and we loved all the bathrooms (lol). The space was clean, the views were great, and it was about 15-20 minutes to anywhere we wanted to go, mostly Eureka Springs attractions. The host was great at responding as well and check out was so easy. Much less required than most rentals these days. Would highly recommend this spot or any spot managed by Aspen.

The house was enormous and very well-kept; it easily slept the four adults and two children who stayed and accommodated an additional family of four for dinner. The property going down to the river was beautiful. We arrived at night and had some difficulty finding the house because of the lack of lighting, but had an easy time getting in once we found the house.
