I'm happy to offer you this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment near Brixton. Great transport links (6 min walk to train station), and great peaceful neighbourhood. The apartment is located one step away from Ruskin park. You will find lots of shops and restaurants for your taste. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
Comfortable, well decorated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with additional sofa bed.
- Apartment is situated on the first floor.
- The lounge is classic and stylish with storage space, a comfortable sofa-bed and a TV.
- There is a dining space with seats for 4 guests. Separate modern kitchen includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans supplied.
- One Ensuite double bedroom and a smaller double bedroom are bright and airy with storage space, and the beds are set with fresh hotel-quality linen.
- The flat has good airflow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to efficient radiators.
- In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries.
- The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive.

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
I can accommodate late check in after 9pm for a fee of £30.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check in at the requested time.
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
