This spacious home is ideal for anyone working in the area, or simply wanting a 'home from home' break, with 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 5 guests, a private garden and parking.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood, driving up the front lawn was very neglected and full of weeds, so not a good first impression. There was no bottle of wine as promised. We found mouldy lemon wedges in the fridge and a partial box of chicken nuggets behind the microwave. The downstairs shower flooded the room within a very short time, so not usable. When we reported these issues and even sent pictures, there was no communication back from the host. Ad stated there is use of the backyard, but this too looked very neglected and full of weeds, and there were no chairs to sit on. Cleanliness was not the greatest with spiderwebs and surfaces not very clean. Sheets and towels were of low quality as were the furnishings. Kitchen equipment was basic, ended up purchasing some items in order to be able to make meals such as bowls. Two lightbulbs were out in the living room fixture so not a lot of light. Was good that we had a car as property is not very close to shopping or eating places or public transportation. We are not very fussy people so overall, this wasn’t too bad, but definitely lots of room for improvement, especially communicating with your guests when they have concerns.
