Warm woody loft in a safe area 10mn from the métro station "Mairie des Lilas" ;which is 16 mn from the metro station "chatelet" the center of Paris, 10 mn from the RER station Saint Denis stadium.
Many shops (organic) and restaurants,services around the loft;
There is a big room divided in 2 parts;
On one side there is a big table to eat and an ofice side (for computer) .
On the other side there is a big electric sofa with a big screen TV with WIFI.
There is also a bed with another bed underneath that you can pull out.
There s an equiped open kitchen with a bar.
The big bathroom have a bathtub, toilets, a washing machine.
The bedroom with a big bed is upstairs on the mezzanine.
The appartment is on the 2nd and last floor with many windows which allow the air to circulate.
