This spacious pet friendly 4-bedroom plus a loft 2-bathroom unit offers a comfortable and convenient living experience. Situated in the desirable West Campus area, this apartment is just a short walk from the University of Texas. Explore the nearby Pease Park Hike & Bike Greenbelt for a rejuvenating outdoor experience. Take a refreshing dip in the community pool, a great way to relax and unwind after a long day.
Kitchen: For culinary enthusiasts, our fully equipped kitchen beckons you to unleash your inner chef. Featuring modern appliances and a Keurig coffee maker with Kcups provided for your stay.
Living Room Space: End your day in our beautiful contemporary living room space, you will find an ample seating along with a sleeper sectional with a queen-sized pull-out bed and a large Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.

Colorful, active, dynamic, energetic, diverse – all of these apply to West Campus, and with its large number of students in the neighborhood, it’s easy to see why. The brightly-painted buildings, the trendy little pizza joints, and even the amount of bicycles in the area help define this neighborhood as a haven for University of Texas-Austin students. But even if you aren’t a student, this neighborhood is terrific – there are plenty of apartments to choose from, the housing stock is diverse, and the location is ideal.
West Campus extends from Lamar Boulevard to “the Drag,” or Guadalupe Street. The Drag is where you’ll find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, and bars. These include local favorites like Cabo Bob’s, Halal Bros, the Spider House Café and Ballroom, and Kerbey Lane Café. On the west side, things are a little quieter with Pease Park and the Shoal Creek Greenbelt framing the area.

Great location and really comfortable corner unit w lots of space. Nicely appointed bedrooms. Bathrooms were the main issue. A few cold water showers, poor water pressure, and shower fixtures in need of repair.

With 5 kids, it’s rare to find a place where each kid gets their own bed. This was a great find with 6 beds, at good pricing & a great convenient location in West Campus.

8 Friends, booked the location for 4 day event. 2 full restrooms, laundry, great kitchen made the week stay very enjoyable. Lots to do in the area outside of the event we attended. Would stay again. Split between friends we found this to be an enjoyable and affordable place to stay. Thanks!

Came with 10 friends for a 21st birthday celebration all 21. Amazing amount of beds and sleeping spaces, all while clean and comfortable. Location is amazing in relation to 6th street and good food options! Only slight issue was check in with the app for gate codes. But contact with property manager was super easy and got it all figured out!
