As you enter the property, you'll be welcomed by a modern and stylish open-plan living space featuring wooden walls and ceilings. The cosy sitting area comprises two comfortable sofas, a Smart television, and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs for a perfect evening in. The well-equipped kitchen area includes a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the breakfast bar stools for additional seating. The dining area provides comfortable seating for up to six guests, and the patio doors lead to the garden patio area - ideal for group meals. The ground floor comprises two bedrooms, with bedroom three featuring full-size twin single beds and bedroom two boasting a king-size bed. A spacious family bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, and WC completes the ground floor.
Heading up to the first floor, an additional sitting area awaits, with a sofa and two comfortable armchairs. Natural light floods in thanks to the patio doors which lead out to the Juliet balcony which offers stunning views of the surroundings.
