About this apartment rental
In a charming, peaceful beachfront resort, this ground-floor apartment sleeps 6 people and is ideal for families looking for a relaxed, child-friendly holiday base.
The living area is furnished with a sofa and flat-screen TV. An archway leads into the kitchen/dinner which is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and american style coffee machine. A glass door leads out to a private corner balcony which has garden and sea views. It is furnished with a table and chairs and is perfect for sun downers or relaxing meals al fresco.
In addition to the swimming pool and sun loungers, which are exclusively for residents’ use, there is also a waterside restaurant on site. Free mooring for boats is also available on the adjacent quayside.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king-sized double bed, a dressing table and a wardrobe. Double glass doors open directly onto the balcony.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom also has a king-sized double bed and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.

Bathroom 1: This tiled bathroom has a shower, basin and WC.
Bathroom 2: This second bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin and WC.

Location
The resort is located right on the shores of a beautiful bay, with panoramic views. It is in a quiet spot but not far from many of the activities Pag has to offer. If you can tear yourself away from the pristine beaches and crystal clear sea, there are hiking and cycling routes around the island, as well as climbing. Back by the water, visitors can go scuba diving, snorkeling and kayaking around remote coves.
The fishing village of Stara (Old) Novalja (5 minutes) has roots going back 1000’s of years thanks to its sheltered location and temperate climate. There are some interesting archaeological sites as well as a variety of excellent restaurants and cafés.
The larger town of Novalja (5 minutes) has an enchanting historic centre, which makes a great spot for an evening stroll before enjoying an aperitif at one of the town’s lovely seafront cafés. The town has farmers and fish markets where you can pick up the best local produce and freshest catch of the day.
Zadar International Airport is 1 hour 30 minutes away.
