A sun-drenched paradise nestled in the emerald hillsides above Aghios Mattaios on the southwestern tip of Corfu, Villa Pantokrator is a charming Greek getaway, promising a world of sophistication, comfort and beauty.
Harmoniously blending contemporary design with traditional Greek elements, the villa is an oasis of calm, surrounded by lush green hills and sweeping olive groves. This exclusive villa is wrapped in timeless charm. Three tastefully decorated bedrooms allow for up to 6 guests – making this an ideal hub for families or friends to enjoy quality time under the warmth of the Mediterranean sun.
After a long day exploring the bustling streets of Corfu town or relaxing in some of the island’s postcard-perfect coves, retreat to your own slice of paradise. The large, open-plan living and kitchen area is perfect for sampling some delicious local cuisine while looking out across the adjoining large covered balcony with panoramic views of the rolling hills beyond. The master bedroom in the attic enjoys an en-suite bathroom and direct access to a large balcony. Below the living room, you’ll find two more bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom and access to another spacious balcony.
Step outside into your sun-drenched haven, with a large terrace overlooking a shimmering private infinity pool. Enjoy a peaceful morning coffee as you look out over the lush, green gardens and breathtaking views of the mountains, or spark up the built-in BBQ for an evening of alfresco dining.
*Please note the second lower ground floor is not in use.
For your own safety please do not use inflatables inside the infinity pool or sit walk or stand on the infinity pool edge, Children must be supervised at all times.
Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area, as can be seen in the images. To access the villa there is a path which is 146cm wide alongside 5 steps. The front door is 98cm wide. The door to the terrace is 135cm wide. The terrace is not flat. There are 16 steps from the ground floor to the pool area, which is crazy paved. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 16 steps to the lower ground floor, and 16 steps to the first floor.
