About this apartment rental
Modern apartment for 4 people of about 78sqm on the fourth floor, with a wonderful balcony with a view on sea. The house is located in facing the beach and only 6 km from the airport, in an area full of services such as pharmacies, supermarkets and pizzerias, and 20m from the cycle/pedestrian path. It consists of a living area with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with balcony and panoramic balcony with table and chairs.
Park for free 80 meters from the apartment near the Brace Restaurant.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator and is composed as follows:
- KITCHEN with induction hob (2 burners), small fridge with freezer, coffee machine Nespresso, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, wine glasses, kitchenware, dining table and access to the balcony (raised);
- LIVING AREA with single pull-out sofa bed, 43-inch TV and desk;
- BEDROOM with queen bed, cupboard in the wall and access to the balcony (raised, about 10 cm)
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, WC and access to the balcony (raised);
- BALCONY with table and chairs and air conditioner.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps (ceiling conditioner in the living area and in the bedroom), fan, soundproof windows, video intercom, iron and ironing board, drying rack, washing machine (in the closet in terrace) and hairdryer.
In the vicinity of the apartment it is possible to find all the main services, including grocery stores, bars and pharmacies. The beach is only 80 meters away, while Pineta San Francesco (pine grove) is 1.8 km away.
