The 40 m² suite for two people have a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, satellite TV, air conditioning as required and a balcony. The furnishings are modern and well thought out down to the last detail. Bed linen is already provided in the bedroom and you will find a comfortable care set. The flats on the first floor are accessible via a brand new lift. The suite is modern and well maintained with design elements.
Residence Il Molino offers holiday flats on Lake Garda, surrounded by the tranquillity of the village. It offers two types of facilities, one recently built and equipped with original designer furniture for couples, the other more classic and comfortable for families. The location is really privileged: in the middle of nature, a few steps from the historic centre of Manerba and a few metres from La Romantica beach, the biggest and most famous in the area.
Il Molino is really the perfect place for families with children. In fact, it is very close to a large beach, La Romantica di Manerba, with great convenience to reach the lake because you do not have to take the car.
It also has a swimming pool, appreciated by adults and children. The spacious flats are equipped with all services and amenities and offer space and privacy for all family members.
Lake Garda is a tourist region that offers a wealth of activities: markets, historical sites to visit, nature trails inland to explore on foot or by bicycle, shopping in the historic centres, fairs and festivals on summer evenings with typical products and much more.

Pros: - fantastic location very closed to the lake with promenade with bars & restaurants in walking distance
- nice and clean pool area, enough chairs
- lounge to relax with drinks served up from afternoon till evening
- very new and clean apartment, big bathroom, big terrace/balcony
- big supermarkets in a few minutes drive distance
- small supermarket for urgency next door
Cons: - as described apartment is for max. 2 people
- a 2nd relax chair on the terrace would be nice as inside is no living room (just a kitchen table)
- kitchen is stuffed with minimum, easy simple equipment; an alternative coffee machine would be nice (or a bigger one)
- it would be a fantastic service if coffee/cappuccino would be offered in morning hours in the public lounge area
- as a discotheque is nearby there is nightly noise by people and car (for silent sleeping you need to close the door and run the air condition)
