Posizione appena fuori dal centro ma super collegata al centro con la ciclabile/pedonale. Panorami stupendi e proprietaria eccezionale. Box coperto per l'auto. Una spettacolare fontana fuori casa dove "fare il pieno" in ogni momento.
Forse darei un po' più di luce sopra il tavolo della cucina con un bel lampadario .... ma è un dettaglio ...
