Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, solide Ausstattung, ohne Versorgung wie gebucht.
Etwas mehr an Geschirr wäre nützlich gewesen wegen Spülmaschinennutzung. Zentrumsnahe Lage war gut, nur das Umfeld gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Haus und die Wohnung waren gepflegt.

Alles extrem sauber….die Einrichtung stilvoll durchdacht Schlüssel gab es im Schlüsselsafe. Zu den Handtüchern gab es eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit.
Das Apartment war im Hausobjekt nicht gleich ersichtlich…man musste suchen.

Das Apartment 2 ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen Balkon. Es war alles sehr sauber und neu. Mineralwasser im Kühlschrank. Gäste-WC vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist völlig unproblematisch. Parken vor der Tür unentgeltlich möglich. Sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.
Die Lage an der Straße ist etwas laut. Das kleine Schlafzimmer hat nur einen Zugang durch das große Schlafzimmer.

We are two friends, we travelled to Gera for just one night, to participate in a small race (Elstertal Lauf). The apartment was perfectly comfortable, clean, with two toilettes and a very nice balcony. One thing that was very nice is that the balcony faces a small park/open green space. Also, the Italian restaurant nearby is very cosy and nice.
Very small thing: the apartment is probably more suitable for a small family as the two bedrooms are attached. However, that was not really a big deal for us.
