Excellent location, a few minutes walk to the old town but in a quiet area. Accommodation is homely and has everything you need. Host is friendly and keen to make your stay an enjoyable experience.
The only minus point would be that the shower head is not wall mounted.

The house was in a good location, very near the entrance gate to the old town and also very near the new town.
It is located in a little nest of houses just off the road and the neighbours were very friendly. There is a small supermarket just up the road which is very handy for getting water, milk etc and a much bigger supermarket just a 10 minute walk from the house for more selection. The house has everything you would need if you are going to cook a meal and the beds are very comfortable. Definitely a home from home with a washing machine too. The air-conditioning is wonderful when the weather is so hot. There is also Netflix on the TV. There is a lovely coffee shop just down the road and you can get the bus just beyond that and to the right down the next street if you wanted to take a trip to Faliraki. Its about 30 minutes on the bus. We did this two days as there is a nice sandy beach there. The beach around Rhodes town is very stoney. The Host was very nice and generous. He left us fruit, wine and water when we arrived along with other provisions like coffee, etc. Our flight on the last day was late in the evening and he allowed us stay in the house until later in the day which was very much appreciated. Thank you Gianni.
Near the entrance to the house one of the neighbours has a small dog, which I never saw but every time you passed the house the dog would start barking. Not Giannis fault.

The house is just outside the old city and 5 minutes walk to the center of the town. Giannis arranged for the house to be equipped with everything needed. From shower gel and shampoo to washing liquid for the laundry. As we had a late flight with delay and arrived after midnight it was amazing that the air condition was on and cold water, wine and fruits were available upon arrival.
Highly recommended for families. If you have a car there is plenty of parking on the side of the road as long as you park early in the afternoon or late at night as people who are visiting the old city also park there.
