The house is very big, lovely, historic and unusual which I love. There is a roof area as well as a garden which is great.
It is walking distance to shops and places to eat.
Nearby parking is available.
Although it was great to have parking, I found it confusing that you needed to go to a car wash about a 5-10min walk away from the house, then just hand your car keys over to a random man that worked in the car wash. I did not feel comfortable doing this as I was unsure how this would impact my hire car insurance if the car was stolen or damaged and I had willingly given my key to a stranger. Anyway, it all worked out well in the end.
Two of us stayed in the house and we used the ground floor bedroom which was great BUT the second bedroom is on the top floor and you have to go down two flights of stairs to use the toilet. This might be a problem for some people.
The description says two bathrooms but the second bathroom is a shower head directly over a toilet on the lower floor which is odd to me and doesnt seem very practicle. There were only two of us staying so we did not have to use this for showering so I cannot say how it was to actually use the shower.
The shower on the ground floor wasn't that clean as one wall inside the cubicle was fairly mouldy. Also, this is probably just me, but the shower was warm but not hot, so I did not enjoy washing in it as I wanted the water to be hotter.
I feel like I have listed a few negatives but the place is really unique and overall we both enjoyed staying there.

Es un edificio impresionante, antiguo y reformado con gusto. Las fotos no le hacen justicia. Nos encantó alojarnos alli. Está cerca del paseo marítimo que es recorrido por un tranvía que te lleva al centro. Parking cerca, barrio animado
Nos costó encontrar el parking, hay que dejarlo en un lavado de coches. El primer día aparcamos en la calle pero al día siguiente nos informamos bien

Дом нормально подойдет человек для 8-10, т.е. для двух семей. А нам троим было вообще хорошо.
Нет туалета на самом верхнем этаже )

L'appartement est grande et a du charme d'ancien, assez atypique avec un petit coin de jardin mais nous n'avons pas trop pu le profiter par manque de soleil.
Très bruyant, l'appartement n'est pas insonorisé et se situe sur une rue pentue donc on entend l'accélération de tous les vehicules qui montent.
Pas assez de materiel de cuisine.Il y a une grosse courgette de Glace sur le paroi à l'intérueur du frigo.
Le congelateur fait pareil, convert de Glace épaisse.
Manque de luminosité, les enfants n'étaient pas trop rassurés,pas adapté au personne à mobilité réduite,il y a des escaliers.
On avait un problème avec les clefs le soir de notre arrivée.On nous a donné 3 clefs et quand nous sommes sortis à la recherche de la nourriture,nous avons pris 2 clefs parmi les 3 sauf que aucun des 2 n'ouvrait pas la porte d'entrée quand nous sommes de retour , il y a un autre portail qui s'ouvre côté petit jardin mais aucune de ces 2 clefs qui peut l'ouvrir mais bon le proprietaire nous a appellé un serrurier que nous avons payé son service et ça reste toujours mystérieux ces 2 autres clefs qui n'ouvrent à aucune portes de cet appartement, on se pose toujours des questions à quoi sert de les laisser...
