The owner of the apartment is very friendly. He helped us with advice. He was always available for anything we needed.
The location is wonderful, in the city center. Opposite the apartment there is a shop and a cafe.
The apartment is spacious, suitable for 4-5 people. It is clean, has everything you need (large living room, dining room, equipped kitchen. Each room has its own balcony, and air conditioning, large bathroom, two bedrooms, comfortable beds, wardrobes ...).
Very safe neighborhood. 😊

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (+ eigentlich noch mehr, wenn es möglich wäre!)
Wir hatten einen absolut großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, moderner als erwartet und in einem top Zustand – alles wirkt sehr neu. Besonders die Betten waren unglaublich bequem, wir haben seit Langem nicht mehr so gut geschlafen. Auch das große Badezimmer und die beiden komfortablen Balkone haben uns positiv überrascht.
Ein besonderes Lob verdient der Vermieter: Er ist extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und weit über das übliche Maß hinaus engagiert. Egal welche Frage wir hatten – er war sofort erreichbar und hatte immer eine Lösung parat. Seine Unterstützung ging sogar über die Wohnung hinaus: Er gab uns tolle Tipps für die Stadt und stand uns in vielen Situationen zur Seite. Zudem war er auch täglich präsent und kümmerte sich gewissenhaft um die gesamte Anlage – das hat uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit und guter Betreuung gegeben.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist exzellent – wir hatten viel mehr Platz, als wir erwartet hatten, und fühlten uns rundum wohl. Wenn wir mehr Sterne vergeben könnten, würden wir es sofort tun! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Das wir nicht da bleiben könnten.
