Spitzenlage, direkt in der Innenstadt, fast in jeder Beziehung ruhig, komfortables Bett, Küche mit Grundausstattung, Balkon, ohne Auto gut erreichbar. Sehr gute Biobäckerei gleich nebenan. Freundlicher Gastgeber, auch wenn wir uns nur am Telefon gesprochen haben. Alles reibungsfrei.
Nachbars Klimaanlage enorm laut, Kücheninventar sehr knapp abgezählt, Regenduschkopf nicht benutzbar. Die negativen Aspekte sind marginal.
