Located just the right distance from Kerrville. Clean room, great views and friendly owners.
I can see that if the bigger house next door was occupied that it wouldn't have felt as private. Luckily we had the property to ourselves.

Peaceful and lovely, we will book again, we were able to relax as we were helping with family with their new home after the lost everything, thank you so much for having such a comfortable affordable getaway !!

The property isn’t far from Ingram. It is clean, comfortable and safe. The owners are amazing! It’s our home away from home.

Really nice location on the Guadalupe River. The hosts have tubes/kayaks that you can use. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. Awesome shower. Would definitely recommend.
It is near the road, so you do hear some traffic, but it's worth it being on the river.
