L'environnement préservé et l'accès direct à des randonnées pour tous les niveaux. Au niveau du logement : spacieux, TB équipé et conciergerie très réactive. Très propre.
Aucun commerce ouvert à proximité, ce qui oblige soit à faire de la route pour se ravitailler (40 minutes A/R) soit à prévoir une importante logistique pour tout amener, ce qui n'est pas facile pour une réunion familiale où l'espace dans les véhicules était limité. Les lits étaient très confortables et literie excellente ( principe des lits placards) mais difficiles d'accès pour des personnes âgées ou à mobilité restreinte. Le logement du RDC ne dispose pas d'espace extérieur, où prendre un café en profitant du soleil.
